1. Giới thiệu
Chính sách này mô tả cách ứng dụng FleetCare thu thập, sử dụng và bảo vệ
thông tin của bạn khi bạn sử dụng dịch vụ của chúng tôi.
Bằng việc sử dụng FleetCare, bạn đồng ý với các điều khoản trong chính sách này.
Nếu bạn không đồng ý, vui lòng không sử dụng ứng dụng.

2. Thông tin chúng tôi thu thập
Chúng tôi chỉ thu thập những thông tin cần thiết để cung cấp dịch vụ:
- Tài khoản Tên, địa chỉ email (qua đăng nhập Google / Apple)
- Liên hệ Số điện thoại (dành cho tài khoản lái xe)
- Vị trí Vị trí xấp xỉ khi ghi nhận địa điểm bảo dưỡng xe (chỉ khi bạn cho phép)
- Ảnh / Video Ảnh phụ tùng và hóa đơn bảo dưỡng bạn chủ động tải lên
- Dữ liệu sử dụng Thông tin về hoạt động trong ứng dụng phục vụ cải thiện dịch vụ
- Thông báo Token thiết bị để gửi thông báo đẩy (FCM)
Chúng tôi không thu thập dữ liệu phục vụ quảng cáo hay bán cho bên thứ ba.
3. Mục đích sử dụng thông tin
- Xác thực danh tính và quản lý tài khoản người dùng
- Cung cấp các tính năng quản lý đội xe, lịch sử bảo dưỡng, phụ tùng
- Ghi nhận địa điểm bảo dưỡng xe khi người dùng cho phép
- Lưu trữ và hiển thị ảnh phụ tùng, hóa đơn do người dùng tải lên
- Gửi thông báo về lịch bảo dưỡng và cảnh báo liên quan đội xe
- Cải thiện chất lượng dịch vụ
4. Chia sẻ thông tin
Chúng tôi không bán, cho thuê hoặc chia sẻ thông tin cá nhân của bạn với bên thứ ba, ngoại trừ:
- Trong cùng tổ chức (tenant): Thành viên cùng đội xe có thể thấy tên và thông tin liên quan đến công việc
- Dịch vụ hạ tầng: Google Firebase (thông báo đẩy), VNZ Cloud (lưu trữ ảnh) — theo hợp đồng bảo mật dữ liệu
- Yêu cầu pháp lý: Khi có yêu cầu từ cơ quan nhà nước có thẩm quyền
5. Lưu trữ và bảo mật
- Dữ liệu được lưu trữ trên máy chủ đặt tại Việt Nam
- Kết nối được mã hóa bằng HTTPS / TLS
- Token xác thực được lưu trong Secure Storage của thiết bị
- Chúng tôi áp dụng các biện pháp kỹ thuật hợp lý để bảo vệ dữ liệu khỏi truy cập trái phép
6. Quyền của người dùng
Bạn có quyền:
- Truy cập: Xem thông tin tài khoản của bạn trong ứng dụng
- Chỉnh sửa: Cập nhật thông tin cá nhân
- Xóa tài khoản: Vào Tài khoản → Xóa tài khoản — dữ liệu cá nhân sẽ bị xóa vĩnh viễn. Dữ liệu vận hành đội xe (xe, bảo dưỡng, phụ tùng) được giữ lại phục vụ doanh nghiệp.
- Thu hồi quyền: Tắt quyền truy cập vị trí, camera, ảnh bất kỳ lúc nào trong Cài đặt thiết bị
7. Dữ liệu trẻ em
FleetCare không hướng đến người dùng dưới 16 tuổi và không cố ý thu thập thông tin
của trẻ em. Nếu phát hiện dữ liệu trẻ em đã được thu thập, chúng tôi sẽ xóa ngay.
8. Thay đổi chính sách
Chúng tôi có thể cập nhật chính sách này theo thời gian. Khi có thay đổi đáng kể,
chúng tôi sẽ thông báo qua ứng dụng hoặc email. Ngày cập nhật sẽ được ghi ở đầu trang.

2. Information We Collect
We only collect the information necessary to provide our service:
- Account Name and email address (via Google / Apple Sign-In)
- Contact Phone number (for driver accounts)
- Location Approximate location when recording vehicle maintenance sites (only with your permission)
- Photos / Video Photos of parts and maintenance invoices that you choose to upload
- Usage data In-app activity information used to improve the service
- Notifications Device tokens for push notifications (FCM)
We do not collect data for advertising purposes or sell it to third parties.
3. How We Use Your Information
- Authenticate identity and manage user accounts
- Provide fleet management, maintenance history, and parts tracking features
- Record vehicle maintenance locations when permitted by the user
- Store and display photos of parts and invoices uploaded by users
- Send notifications about maintenance schedules and fleet-related alerts
- Improve the quality of our service
4. Information Sharing
We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties, except for:
- Within the same organization (tenant): Members of the same fleet may see your name and work-related information
- Infrastructure services: Google Firebase (push notifications), VNZ Cloud (image storage) — under data protection agreements
- Legal requirements: When required by competent government authorities
5. Storage and Security
- Data is stored on servers located in Vietnam
- Connections are encrypted using HTTPS / TLS
- Authentication tokens are stored in the device's Secure Storage
- We apply reasonable technical measures to protect data from unauthorized access
6. Your Rights
You have the right to:
- Access: View your account information within the app
- Edit: Update your personal information
- Delete account: Go to Account → Delete Account — your personal data will be permanently deleted. Fleet operational data (vehicles, maintenance records, parts) is retained for business continuity.
- Revoke permissions: Disable location, camera, or photo access at any time in your device settings
7. Children's Data
FleetCare is not directed at users under the age of 16 and we do not knowingly collect
data from children. If we discover that data from a child has been collected, we will
delete it immediately.
8. Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy from time to time. When significant changes occur, we will
notify you through the app or via email. The update date will be shown at the top of
this page.
